The apartments are located just 200 metres from the lower station of the modern SilverJet cable car, one of the main access points to the REITERALM ski area.
Reiteralm is considered one of the region's finest ski resorts, particularly popular with more advanced and sporty skiers. It offers 32 kilometres of ski slopes, including 11 km of blue, 18 km of red and 3 km of black runs. Thanks to its excellent piste preparation and high-quality training facilities, the resort is regularly used by national ski teams and World Cup racers. In addition to challenging slopes, Reiteralm also offers plenty of gentler runs suitable for families and recreational skiers.
One of Reiteralm's greatest advantages is its direct connection to three other ski resorts – Hochwurzen, Planai and Hauser Kaibling. Together, these four mountains form the famous Schladminger 4-Berge-Skischaukel, offering 123 kilometres of interconnected ski slopes of all difficulty levels. From Gleiming, you can set off on skis in the morning at Reiteralm and spend the day exploring all four mountains, skiing as far as Hauser Kaibling and back. The area is also known for its numerous mountain huts and restaurants located directly on the slopes.
The interconnected ski area also includes Planai, located directly above the town of Schladming. It regularly hosts World Cup races as well as spectacular ski season opening events featuring concerts by international music stars.
The entire region is also part of Ski amadé, one of Europe's largest ski associations, encompassing other renowned resorts such as Flachau, Zauchensee and St. Johann, with an impressive 760 kilometres of ski slopes in total.
The southern slopes of the Dachstein massif are also a paradise for cross-country skiing enthusiasts. The high plateau around Ramsau am Dachstein features more than 200 kilometres of groomed cross-country trails and is considered one of the most important cross-country skiing destinations in Europe.
