Basic information

In the center of the Tyrolean town of Ehrwald, next to the golf course and in the immediate vicinity

of a ski area, an apartment house with fully equipped and exclusive apartments and flats intended for permanent residence was built in 2021.

The current offer

All apartments determined for tourist rental were sold out.

Only units intended for permanent residence are available. Their acquisition is conditioned

by the buyer's permanent residence in Austria.

Ehrwald and Tiroler Zugspitz Arena

The Tyrolean ski and hiking area Zugspitz Arena consists of five charming villages right on

the border with Germany. Each of them - Ehrwald, Lermoos, Biberwier, Berwang and Bichlbach- has its own ski area. From each of them you can get to the others quickly and comfortably by car or ski bus.

In total, you can ski on 142 kilometers of slopes from gentle slopes suitable for beginners and families to steep rides for experienced skiers. The wide valley around Ehrwald offers extra dozens of kilometers of cross-country trails and winter hiking trails. Those looking for fun can try the local sledge track - either during the day or (once a week) at night, when the track is illuminated. Romantic souls will certainly enjoy a ride in a horse-drawn sleigh through the beautiful winter landscape.

It is Zugspitze that is definitely the main tourist magnet for in the summer season.

The highest mountain in Germany is accessible by secured roads, a cogwheel train from Garmisch-Partenkirchen and modern cable cars leading to the summit from both sides of

the border. The lower station of the Austrian cable car is located only 3.5 kilometers from

the center of Ehrwald.

Dozens of kilometers of hiking trails lead from Ehrwald to other beautiful places in

the adjacent valleys or on the surrounding mountain ridges. Routes for both road and mountain bikes are prepared for devoted cycling lovers. Also mountain climbing fans and

golf lovers will definitely enjoy their vacation here.

Accessibility

Thanks to its location near the border with Germany, Ehrwald is very well accessible from

the Czech Republic. The fastest route from Prague leads via Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The distance of 490 kilometers can be covered in 5 - 5.5 hours, depending on the traffic situation.

From Brno and Bratislava, the route is more complicated -  the fastest option is to go via Vienna, Linz and Salzburg, then to bypass Munich from the south via the town of Bad Tölz and to continue through Garmisch. The total distance from Bratislava is 580 km (6.5 hours), from Brno you will drive 50 km and about 40 minutes more.

The nearest airports are in Innsbruck (75 km), Munich (145 km) and Memmingen (145 km).
