For most Czech skiers, Hinterstoder is the closest ski resort with Alpine standards. Most of the resort lies at an altitude of between 1,400 and 2,000 metres above sea level, and the descent from the top of the Schafkögel to the lower station of the Hössbahn cable car down in the valley covers an impressive 1,397 metres.
It is therefore no surprise that Czechs are well represented among investors in local apartments. The apartment building where the TOP 7 and TOP 8 apartments are located is the third project in Hinterstoder that we are adding to our portfolio. It is primarily intended for those interested in unlimited use (second home) without the obligation of tourist rental.

The flats are officially designated for residential purposes or unrestricted personal use (Zweitwohnsitz).
Owners have the option of renting out their flats for tourist accommodation, either independently or through any of the local operating companies.
The offered flats are not part of any accommodation facility. They form part of an apartment building built in 2023.
The centre of Hinterstoder with shops, bars and restaurants is only 200 metres from the house. The lower station of the Hössbahn cable car is 700 metres away.

Located just 120 kilometers from the Czech border, Hinterstoder is well-known among Czech and Slovak skiing enthusiasts. The resort offers 40 km of slopes, including the Hannes Trinkl slope famous for its World Cup races, and the challenging Inferno slope with a gradient of up to 70%. Hinterstoder and its surroundings also boast a plethora of cross-country trails that mostly wind through flat terrain around charming villages.
In the Stoder Valley, you can enjoy the winter not only on skis but also on sleds (like on the natural track at the Gressenbauer Hotel), with snowshoes, or on horse-drawn sleighs. Or perhaps, savor a mug of punch or mulled wine at the magical Christmas market in the center of Hinterstoder.
