Basic information
This brand new four-star project is being built in Hinterstoder, the largest ski resort in Upper Austria.
It will be located at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level, next to the Hössbahn cable car middle station. The construction of the resort started in spring 2022 and is expected to be completed by October 2023.
The new resort will consist of 41 apartments and 20 lodges, designed and equipped to a top standard. The adjacent facility will include a culinary restaurant, a large wellness area and an underground parking lot.
The middle station of the cable car is within walking distance.

Return on Investment / Personal use
Each owner becomes a shareholder in an association of investors to which all apartments and lodges are leased. The association then rents the property to a management company that takes care of marketing, bookings, administration and maintenance. The sublease agreement was concluded for the period of 20 years, with the possibility of two extensions, each for 5 years.
The management company keeps an agreed share of rental income and a part of the generated profit. The net rental income is divided among investors in proportion corresponding to the size of their apartments. The return on investment is expected to climb from 3,4 to 3,9 % p.a. during the first four years of operation, and grow further towards
5 % p.a. in the following years.
The number of days when investors can book their own apartment (or any other apartment) is not determined. For the personal use of their apartment (or any other apartment within the project), the investor pays a discounted accommodation fee. Depending on the time of the season, the discount ranks from 20 to 30%.
Apartment equipment / available services
The total number of 41 fully equipped apartments consists of:

Of the 20 chalets offered for sale are:

The aim of the chosen layout and design is to highlight the fact that the complex will be the only four-star complex in the area and that, thanks to its location (outside the village of Hinterstoder), it is unique compared to hotels within the populated areas. Building exteriors and interiors are designed to emphasize the feeling of sensuality and interconnection with nature.
Yet, guest will be able to enjoy modern amenities, such as a luxurious in-house restaurant and a large wellness center (1000 m2) with an "infinity" pool, a sauna world and a fitness area. Although the middle station of the Hössbahn cable car is at an altitude of 1400 meters above sea level, it is easily accessible by car and the resort is equipped with an underground car park with charging stations.
Hinterstoder and surroundings
Being located closer to the Czech and Slovak borders than the ski resorts in Tyrol, Hinterstoder is well known to Czech and Slovak ski lovers. The ski resort offers 50 km of slopes, including the Hannes Trinkl World Cup slope, or the challenging Inferno slope with a gradient of up to 70%. Hinterstoder also offers a large number of cross-country trails that lead around the villages on predominantly flat terrain.
In summer, Hinterstoder and the Pyhrn-Priel region can offer:

hiking opportunities with more than 600 km of trails across the Pyhrn-Priel region,

cycle paths and mountain bike routes,

paragliding and tandem flights in the Stoder valley,
-
rafting on the river Steyr,
-
canyoning,
-
climbing possibilities and fixed rope courses
(with the famous Grosser Priel being the longest via ferrata in Austria).
Accessibility
From the large Austrian ski resorts, Hinterstoder is the most quickly accessible one.
The journey from Prague takes approximately 4 hours.
From Brno and Bratislava, the journey takes about 3,5 - 4 hours, depending on traffic conditions in and around Vienna.
